We are committed to fostering a relaxed atmosphere at the festival and ask that you adhere to the following guidelines in order to ensure a great experience for everyone!


Omega Events is not responsible for LOST or STOLEN tickets. Our official policy states that there are NO REFUNDS for tickets. If you have a question or concern about our policy, please contact 949.362.3366. All sales are final. There will be no reissues for lost or stolen tickets.

The 2013 Summer Concert Series at Hyatt Regency Newport Beach will take place rain or shine. All acts advertised have confirmed their appearance, however acts are subject to change without notice.



Cameras are allowed (no video, no flash) please bring a light jacket for the evenings can be chilly. Drinks purchased in the Lobby Lounge may be brought into the venue; we will assist you in switching from glass to plastic at the entrance to the venue.  We accept cash and credit cards everywhere at the event, including the box office and beverage sales locations.


A seat will be provided, so you do not need to bring a chair or blanket.  Please do not bring outside alcohol, glass containers of any kind (which includes wine glasses) or video cameras.

During the Festival, return lost items or look for lost items at the Info booth near the front gate. After the Festival, you can inquire about lost items by  calling (949) 362-3366 or emailing Valuables will be held for 30 days and then given to a local charity. Omega Events will not be held liable for any unclaimed items.
