Ticket Policy

First Class Mail: By selecting the Mail Option, you will  be shipped your hard tickets approximately 1 week prior to the concert. 

E-Ticket: By selecting the E-Ticket option, you will be able to download and print out an electronic ticket through your confirmation email the day you purchase your ticket(s).

OFFICIAL REFUND POLICY
Omega Events is not responsible for LOST or STOLEN tickets. Our official policy states that there ARE NO REFUNDS for tickets.

All sales are final.
There will be no reissues for lost or stolen tickets.
The 2015 Concerts on the Shore at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa will take place rain or shine.
